Hey everyone- on September 11th IRONMAN, WI IS HERE!!

We are still in need of volunteers for this year’s race. The two time options are: 7:30am-noon and noon-5pm. If you are available all day, don’t be afraid to volunteer for both slots. Conversely, if you can only come for a while and help please do, but you need to sign up to get a t-shirt.

To sign up you can click on this link:

We are *Bike Aid Station 3* - Cross Plains. I know that the course has been changed, and for now they are still working on getting back to us about where our aid station will be located. It looks like it is on Valley Spring Road. We will send that information out at a later date.

Our aid station will be handing out beverages and food to the athletes. We will also be competing for the best aid station, with this year’s theme being MINIONS. Everyone is encouraged to dress up as their favorite minion, and we will be bringing some extra accessories to jazz up the costumes.
